Also. Da bei mir die Alternativen zum Windoof-scheiss momentan alle abkacken, Firefox will nichtmehr, Winamp scheisst jede 10 Minuten ab, selbst Outlook Express hab ich heute ersetzen müssen. Das ich das original ICQ nicht habe, sondern Miranda ist aufgrund fehlender Werbeanzeigen (herrlich ) selbstverständlich.
Da ich selbst immer das gefühl hab das Open Source Programme besser sind, laufen stabiler und brauchen weniger Resourcen bin ich mal interessiert was ihr als Alternativen so habt/kennt & empfehlen würdet.
Anstatt:
Windows Office -> Open Office
Outlook Express -> Phoenix Mail
Windows Viewer -> Irfan View
ICQ -> Miranda
Firefox -> Opera
Winamp -> Foobar
Nero -> Infra Recorder
Besitze auch Miranda und Open Office und bin damit auch hochzufrieden.

Dir ist schon bekannt, was genau „Open Source“ bedeutet? In deiner Liste der Alternativen sind die Programme rechts teilweise proprietär, links taucht dagegen ein offenes Programm auf. Wie dem auch sei, ich kann als Packprogramm als Alternative zu WinRar und 7Zip PeaZip empfehlen, als Multimediaprogramm ist der VideoLAN Player wohl die erste Wahl.
